The Adirondack economy is experiencing loss of year-round residents — in addition to a lack of housing and support services, businesses transitioning out of the region, listless main streets, and limited access to capital. Supporting this fund helps the Foundation to pursue multiple initiatives that will drive regional prosperity and bring about economically thriving communities. Help us to increase availability of workforce housing, build capital and technical assistance for small businesses, grow programs that support upward mobility for lower-income residents, and develop a tech jobs ecosystem. Your giving will also increase opportunities for civic engagement that will drive connection and reduce isolation and polarization. Welcoming communities are homes to thriving Main Streets.
